In Like a Lion or a Lamb?

i wrote this last nite on the ipad and it didn't save, so it's gonna be a quick one now...finally fixing the pc!  march was brought in like a lion when i woke up in the nite with ellee to hail and wind in feb!  it downed all the big pine trees at the church.  the boys went with ben in our truck to help out till the afternoon cleaning everything up.  they even got to dump the BIG load at the dump!

the last week of feb, i went on a getaway to az with ellee! words to come. thx lisa and becky for the great trip!  an update on my trip***i finally have a moment and my computer is back!  it now seems like forever ago that i went.  does that sound bad?  ellee was awesome on this trip, escpecially on the flights; she totally chilled.  not so much on the sleeping now, and she's been struggling with being backed up and gassy, but that's a dif subject altogether.  we took a late nite flight monday and met up with lisa and ivy in phoenix to lay out the cash for our high-priced mini van.  it was a rental car scam, but what were we gonna do at 11:15 p.m.?? :)  we stayed with an old childhood friend, becky, who set up two cots and let us crash at her place.  it was great!  we had fun in the spring like weather and with the change of pace and scenery.  we did a bit of shopping, had sushi with a friend of mine- lynsey dorsey, got lost, went hiking, ate mexican and italian food, got pedicures, went to ikea, got lost again, visited the mesa temple, chatted, and also went jogging.  it was fun seeing becky and actually getting away with lisa-i am so blessed to have such a great sister!  my family fared well back at home with ben and then the help of a good friend, and our hired sitter aunt natalie, to finish things off!  always nice for me when one of ben's sisters is available for hire, it makes me less worried!!  thanks to everyone who made this possible.  come visit us next becky!

back home we enjoyed our twin cousins' baby blessing and getting back to the grindstone. a big session of dejunking! enjoying lamb days occasionally but lots of lion wind! bridon was my big helper and unloaded all of the dishwasher the other nite. we both said farewell to my big, vintage pyrex busted into a million pieces. more news to come, just can't handle this painful typing again...:)
