LUCKY to have you party!

 we celebrated bentley and emerson's birthdays with all the family that could come on march 17th.  lisa and her kids came for a visit and of course they had a wonderful time playing, collecting eggs, having a slumber party, the works.  bentley wanted to eat shadow for dinner.  i brined her up.  dinner was tasty. 

games included a treasure hunt to find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.  it was inside and outside using pictures and words.  the pot of gold was a pinata that you pull with string instead of hit with a bat (not a good idea with my boys).  rainbow candy spilled out.  thanks everyone for all the help!  we took lucky leprechaun pictures of the kids, and i made a fruit pizza that looked like a rainbow with sugar cookie dough.   

that meant we also cut out cookies. bentley helped emry blow the candles out and she sang happy birthday to herself. too cute. we opened presents and by the end of the day the sun decided to come out so that we could play and get dirty one more time. we had a great time. thanks for coming everyone!
