40 Year Wait

this is slow in coming because of some internet issues (coo-kety digis!) but bentley has been dying every day for the past, two weeks to ride on the combine with uncle brad. we bought a new (used) combine back in march. bentley told me it has taken 40 years for them to get it here to us...that's how excited he's been to see it and actually ride on it. every week he and bridon would ask ben if it had been to delivered to homedale yet and when it was coming to us!!! his dream came true early last week. he pestered brad too death calling him to see when he was starting up. then that nite, he told me that uncle brad didn't know how to use the augur (i highly doubt that) but he prayed for him nonetheless, and the next day the augur was a workin'! i try not to let him go down too much and drive everyone crazy but he sure loves it! bridon is content to ride for just a short time, on the swather with dad, or work with me...thank goodness we haven't had a big fight over that one yet (besides he'd probably break his neck jumping off the ladder...true story)!
