we celebrated our sixth anniversary by going to an endowment session for our soon-to-be sister in law, michele. then ben left to help out the baling crew the rest of the nite. we were able to catch a bite to eat at the sandbar the next nite and talk about how crazy it is that six years have gone by...and look at all these kids! : 0 sadly, almost one week later, i took my wedding ring off to clean the car out coming home from my parents, (dumb!) and i have not found it since. i'm pretty sure it got put in a container that bentley hauled up to the dumpster for me. the garbage truck came the next morning and by the time i realized my loss and called, it had all ready gone to the landfill. we did not have it insured at the time. i had a good cry over it, and i feel really bad, but i don't need a ring to know that ben and our children love me. i have learned a good lesson...may it rest in peace at pickle butte landfill, just a couple miles up the road.

Oh no! That's tragic! So sorry.
oh man, I'm so sorry. I am always scared of that happening too. Maybe we can take a family trip up to the landfill and go scavenging, he, he, he!!!
Darnit!! I would have bawled too. You will have to visit the landfill each year on your anniversary, hey it could become a cool tradition.
