Fun in the Sun?!

june has been a quirky month. in fact, we still are not done putting up 1st cutting
and the strawberries are still going strong! but, we've madethree attempts at some water fun. the boys love to take a picnic and have fun splashing and building sand castles and 'bathtubs' at lake lowell. we've gone once with our pre-school friends and once with our cousins heston, ryan, and katy. each time we leave dirty, wet, and a little ornery, but we have a blast!

we also made a visit to grandpa and grandma moncur's! bentley even got to stay for almost an entire week at the beginning of the month for a '4 yr old vacation' with gma and cousin blaiz. he got to go on his fishing outing that he had been talking abt. aunt whitney took the boys. they didn't have anyluck but a lot of fun! they 'worked' in gma's garden, went to party hardy, library hour, treats with gpa, and lots of other fun stuff. bentley fell in love w/ gma's hand cultivator.

we enjoy getting together as cousins and in the summer when my mom is home and not as stressed out from teaching. i always loved what little time we got to spend with cousins, so i do make a good effort to get us to the party (or work site) on both sides of the family. there are not very many kids bentley and bridon's ages nearby us, so i am so glad our cousins want us to play with them and make great
memories!
