What do you remember?

most days i can't remember what i did yesterday, but here is a fun little blog i've seen around on two or three friend's pages. here's what you do:

1. as a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and i had together. it doesn’t matter if you knew me a little or a lot.
2. next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you.

an old grade school friend and i had quite a hoot remembering all the silly stuff we did, so i thought i'd give it a whirl. a recent memory for your reading pleasure happened last friday nite. at the last minute, ben decided we would take his brother and wife up on going to the drive-in movie in parma. never mind that he was still out stacking hay until 8:30 and so we missed dinner and got there right when it started. he cleaned the back of the pick-up out, we put up our camp chairs and bought some popcorn. about 2/3's thru the batman movie...i think it's called dark nite (not a big movie person), our sitter, ben's younger sister, emily, called and couldn't get bridon to quit crying. he was screaming like he might die, so we packed up and went home after paying for the double feature and the babysitter. he cried the whole drive back; i picked him up when i got here, and he went to sleep in about a minute without being fed or anything. my goodness! apparently he's attached...and that's okay.

Remember the time I came to visit you in Kentucky? You had that companion from Austria. She would always ask me questions about you when you were in another room. We rode bicycles everywhere even though there was a mission car outside in the parking lot. I had to ride the little neighbor girl's pink huffy. I had a really bad hairstyle and that helmet did not help! We had dinner one night at some people's house who had ferrets for pets. Filthy!
I got to share my testimony a couple of times and learn a little bit about "mission life". I thought Kentucky was beautiful and I was so proud of my sister-the- missionary!

I remember in fourth grade you convinced me to trade you desks one day after lunch recess. I was so nervous the entire afternoon that Mr. Tilley was going to get mad at us! (I wrote and rewrote this comment about 3 times trying to think of the best memory, there are so many!!)

I remember going to girls camp with you and we took pictures of us "cutting" down a tree. Then we took pictures of us spitting! I found the pictures the other day and I started laughing!! They are so funny! I also remember when we played softball for the church and we had that pycho Paul Rosses mom as a coach!! Do you remember that? Man, I always knew that lady was crazy!

Playing some kind of card game up in Rexburg--I think you and Ben were dating or engaged--and the girls lost and we had to run bare foot across the football field in snow. Ouch! Was that the first time I met you?!?

So many good memories...
I remember coming down with Brad to visit you in Logan. We would get to hang out with his fiance (you remember her, right?) We went to that Chinese restaraunt and I got yelled out for only ordering water. Good times!
