Rain, Rain...

bridon has been with us exactly three weeks...how the time flies! we have enjoyed visits from family and friends including camille, almost everyone in ben's family for memorial day and jessica's graduation, and stop-in visits which we have totally enjoyed! this week, i made my first attempt to mow the lawn with the boys. it wasn't as bad as i envisioned, so we'll try again tomorrow! we haven't had a drop of moisture since february and as soon as we got our hay down, all the thunderstorms moved in. wouldn't you know it?! it's been pretty for our yard and garden and teff, but not for first cutting or being trapped indoors with bentley man! :)
i'm not sure what to share, except that i haven't torn my hair out with two kids and we are working our way back into somewhat of a routine. we work in the garden, hoe weeds, mow, work in the office, clean, play outside, visit grandma or friends, go with daddy, and try to make each day count!
