Blaiz's Baptism

we were able to go down and attend blaiz's baptism on his birthday, august 31st.  it was pretty special and something i'm glad my kids got to be a part of.  bentley was asked to give the opening prayer. i can't believe 8 years have gone so quickly!  soon it will be bentley's turn...

that afternoon, we had dinner outside and played a few games.  it was pretty darn hot still, so we loaded up and went over to the 'new' pool in logan.  new to me.  ha! the kids had a blast.  there were two water slides, and the deep end to play in with uncle ben.  i took bridon and emerson down the slides and hung out in the more shallow areas.  everyone had a lot of fun.  afterwards, we went to old gristmill for dinner and headed back.  the kids played all morning before church, we went to sacrament meeting, and then headed out on the road.  we stopped to have dinner with mom on the way home.  that was a welcomed break.  we love being able to get together and know blaiz will do great making good choices!
