Kunzler Reunion

the last friday of july we had an overnite family reunion at steadman's in raft river.  it doesn't seem like we get to see each other very much anymore, so i enjoyed catching up with cousins, aunts and uncles, and grandpa even if it was short!
ellee was kind of a naughty traveler that day.  i'll spare you the video we recorded in the car when we were almost there.  she was screaming, bridon and bentley were singing very loud-different songs, music was going maybe?  emerson was whining about something...but we were close!

friday nite we went on both of the water slides.  our whole family enjoyed it!  the kiddos that could walk, stayed on until dark, only stopping for dinner.  mom threw a little shower for my cousin will and his wife to be, danni.  we also opened a time capsule mom had put together that we had all written in 2003, and made a new one to open in ten years.  i had written mine on july 4, 2003...hadn't even met ben yet.  10 years later, married with 4 kids and chaos!! :)

some headed out that nite, but we braved it in a tent.  ellee slept until 6:15.  bentley did awesome!  emerson wouldn't go to sleep...her and bridon rolled around on me all nite, but we made it through.  the kids were up in the morning sliding down in their pajamas while the slides were still dry before breakfast.

we also did some clay pigeon shooting and played a fun game of volleyball.  shane and kaylee made us some chocolate ice cream with liquid nitrogen (he's an ai guy) before breaking up camp.  the kids thought that was pretty cool!  we had a great time.  wish it could've been longer, but we'll see everyone again next week at will's wedding.  i need to get a picture of grandpa that day!  bridon was so cute, after dinner, he wanted to go say hi to great grandpa, so i took him to talk to him and then he got pretty shy.  grandpa's getting really up there in age; i can't believe how fast time flies by!  family is awesome.

It was really fun to see everyone. I think the kids had a great time--worth the trouble of packing everything to camp for one night! See you next week :)
