Easter Eggs

we had a family home evening on the resurrection and then this past, monday about the plan of salvation. i have had lots of questions from bentleyabout it. i think it is only fitting that one of the only nice days this week was easter sunday, the day we celebrate the resurrection. i made the boys matching ties and em a belt and flowers for her shoes that matched. we hunted for eggs before stake conference. dying the eggs was another story...everyone was so tired from being up late the nite before for our 'fill the temple' day, we only got a dozen done. bridon poured the whole bottle of canola oil all over the cement that we used to make the swirl eggs, affectionately called 'spoiled' eggs. emerson found the orange dye tablet before we even made it out the door to the picnic table, then ate dirt the rest of the time. it was all i could do to keep everyone from blowing up and bethsheba, the dog, out of the festivities. easter was much calmer. ben made a delicious ham, glazed with chipolte sauce, and me and the boys made bunny buns. gma mc brought other goodies and we played t-ball in
the front yard. we had a great day!
