Boosting Morale

it took a while to get these pictures, but i thought it was pretty fun to include! all the guys that work for us put in a lot of really, long hours too! natalie wanted a mud volleyball pit set up for her 16th birthday party in the trit field we had just combined. the next nite, we took most of the evening off (well, starting at 7:30) to have a company mud volleyball game there with all the employees and their families. there was mud and ice cream all over everyone and a huge mud hole for the kids to play in (not pictured). i think everyone enjoyed the break!

funny, when we got home it was late. i took off my shirt and was helping the kids in my swimsuit. i killed a fly that was buzzing around the bathroom with a towel. later, bentley was brushing his teeth. he said, 'mom, you're fast!' i thought he said 'fat', so i played along and said, 'i know, you think my belly is still really big?' he said just a little, but that he'd actually been talking about how fast i can kill flies. i told him i am working hard on my belly and hope it gets small pretty soon. in his prayers, he blessed mom's belly that it could get small soon! me too, me too! 3 kids in 4 years has done me dirty. :)
